1- Data collected 

We collect and subsequently process (i) the Data that you voluntarily provide for example for any requests in connection with newsletter registration, trial, support, creation of your user account. Generally, it concerns you first name, name, postal address, a valid email address, phone number and (ii) your IP address (the address of your computer) by an automatic collecting process. Please note that the Website may implement automatic tracking processes (cookie or web beacon), which you may block by changing your browser settings. The Data (e.g., browser type, operating system, connected device) collected through these automatic tracking processes are anonymous and are used, like on many other sites, in order to optimize your experience, improve our services and provide you with the most relevant and adapted information based on your requests.

2- Purpose of processing

Data indicated on our site or on our video platform as mandatory is required in order to best fulfill your requests and use/manage our video services directly through our platform or via the API. Data automatically collected by the Website allows us to compile statistics on web page visits and improve your experience. Because Mediatech is a French company, the Data is collected and maintained in France.

With exception for your non-personally identifiable information as stated in section 1, your Data is not transmitted to third parties without your consent or solely to selected technological partners, under strict non-disclosure agreement, necessary to provide you with the service you expect. Data is stored on the premises of the website or platform host and is kept only as long as necessary for the use of your account. From the date of your account cancellation, associated content (e.g. video, descriptions, tags) will be deleted.

You are entitled to access and correct your Data. Account administrators can at any time access online and modify information associated with their account and the ones from created user accounts.
